Merchandise will only be considered for return on a case by case basis, please email contact@novelnovelnovel.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then be issued a return label. Once the merchandise has been returned and inspected, you will then receive the refund if all criteria is met.

Merchandise will only be considered for exchange on a case by case basis, please email contact@novelnovelnovel.com with your order number and what you would like in place of the item you have already purchased. We will then send you a return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will then send the exchanged item.

Item's attempted to be returned or exchanged after the 10 day mark, will not be considered.

International

International orders may be returned to using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as Novel is not responsible for items lost in transit.

If an item is returned after the 10 day mark, you will receive a store credit.
